Anna Zap's Amazing Lamb Burger!
How did you cook the patty?
I used a stove top grill skillet coated with extra virgin olive oil.
What bun did you use?
Brioche hamburger buns... slightly blackened (that's how I like them!)
What were your choice of toppings?
Really simple! Sliced tomatoes.
What condiments did you add?
I made a pesto mayo.
What did you serve it with?
It was our Valentine's Day dinner- served with fresh baked Kale chips, truffle three cheese mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries baked and sprinkled with Mexican cheese.
The sides were rich so the simplicity and deliciousness of the burger made it the star of the meal.
